Tadalafil is an FDA approved medication that treats ED by improving blood flow to the penis. The result is harder and longer-lasting erections. Tadalafil can be taken on an as-needed basis 30-60 minutes prior to sex, or it can be taken in smaller doses every day.
5mg tablets or capsules (for daily use)
10mg tablets or capsules (for as needed use)
