Suggested Use:
After washing hands thoroughly, apply ointment to cold sore 6 times per day for 7 consecutive days. Best results are obtained when this ointment is applied at the onset of an outbreak, when the first signs of tingling, redness, or itching are noticed. Application of this ointment should be confined to the cold sore outbreak itself. Wash hands again once application is complete. This ointment is not for use on genital herpes. Avoid getting ointment into eyes, nose, or inside mouth. Use only as directed.
