Who will write my prescription?

All treatment provided by OnRequest is physician-supervised. Your OnRequest doctor will be licensed to practice medicine in your state of residence.

Can I trust the quality of the medication I will receive?

OnRequest ships only from fully licensed and credentialed pharmacies. Your medication will ship directly from the pharmacy to your door.

What if my OnRequest doctor decides the treatment I’ve chosen isn’t right for me?

If your OnRequest doctor determines that a treatment you’ve chosen isn’t the right solution for you, we will provide you with a refund for that medication.

What if I’m experiencing something that’s an emergency?

If experiencing something that is emergent in nature, please call 911.

Will my treatment through OnRequest be covered by insurance?

Services and medications provided by OnRequest are not covered by insurance. If you have a flexible spending account, you may be able to use it to pay for treatment you receive through OnRequest (although we cannot provide any guarantees in this regard). If you need receipts for this purpose, they will be available through your account.
